Refunds Policy

Polycred Pro service offers refunds within 7 days of subscription purchase to customers who are not completely satisfied with the service. Upon receiving a refund your account will revert to a free account.

Renewals are not covered by the refund policy, previous Pro subscribers are not eligible for a refund on re-subscriptions, this includes Pro subscriptions that have been previously refunded.

Refunds will not be issued to accounts that are determined to have been abusing the service and utilizing the refund period to circumvent the controls that are in place for free accounts, to combat spam and other forms of misuse. This determination is at the sole discretion of the Polycred team.

If a refund is requested it will be processed through Stripe, and the funds will be returned through the original payment method used. We will not accept refunds to different accounts, cards, or payment methods.
